A bit ago I mentioned to an old farmer that I had better success digging up small boulders (1-2 ft) using my plow attachment than when I was using the fel bucket. The farmer said that I was having trouble with operator technique!
I like the plow because I can see the cutting edge, whereas the bucket and teeth are guesstimates.
What do you guys think is better?

Grab your most expensive implement. It will always find the boulders.;)

I use my middle buster plow for doing just that. Everybody has their own way.

What ever works.

A box blade with the scarifier teeth down all the way will grab them and lift them to the surface. Don't try it if you bought a cheap box as it will be hard on it.

I love my frame mounted front blade, but I would think the loader bucket would work better. More leverage.
