What was the first mod you did to your tractor??

What's the very first mod or customization to your tractor after you got it to start making it unique with your "signature" on it?? I know some of you have done LOT'S of mod's to your wheels! I just got a 2001 JD 790 6 weeks ago and my first thing was to put an official green JD spinner knob to the steering wheel. Actually, the spinner knob came off the '81 750 that I had for several years but sold a month ago. I kept the spinner knowing I would use it again. That won't be the last mod to it though! Let's hear yours....

Im thinkin a found a new 35 gal steel barrel and put a steel rod through it and then filled it with rocks and concrete to use on my 3 pt hitch. When I do some loader work, Ive got some ballast !

I jumpered the underseat button to work the PTO with the seat up on my 4010. Decided I like to just tie the back of the seat back with a tension strap instead. The jumper quite working, too.

Put a fire extinguisher on the right rear fender front.

Recently put a steering wheel cover on like I use in my cars and pickup. It takes more abuse on the JD though and tends to twist and turn a bit.

Otherwise, she works pretty well as JD designed it.

Hydraulic gauge plumbed to the pump output. Mod to make it easier to adjust the length of the swinging drawbar. Mod to allow starting engine with PTO engaged.
