Hi Guys-
Have a simple question, wondering if anybody with some experience can help. I recently acquired a 17' Bowrider and I will be storing it on my property in it's trailer when it's not in the water. I don't have alot of room on the driveway for the boat, so I want to roll into a corner of my yard, which I have plenty. If I try to pull it over the yard with my truck, I will chew up the yard pretty good.
I am thinking it will be easier to connect up to my Kubota B7800 tractor once I get in on my driveway to move to the final location in my yard.
My question is, what is the best way to make the trailer connection to the tractor? Can I just drop a 2" ball onto the drawbar and away I go? I have seen 3pt towing and FEL towing adapters, but they seem to be a pricey solution if I can just use my drawbar.
If anybody has moved a boat over a lawn with their tractor before I'd love to hear your advise.
Thanks,
