I had to drive my tractor (Kubota B2620 w/ R4's) down the paved road to a neighbor's house to help him out and it felt like the right rear wheel was unbalanced (I never felt this in the yard). At first I thought it was a clump of mud stuck to the tire, because that's what it felt like - i.e. a bump with every revolution of the wheel. Nope... tires are clean and the pressure of each looks the same, although I didn't check with a tire gauge yet. And I don't think it's the road because it is very smooth.

Any ideas?

Tractor tires are not balanced like cars. The feeling you felt most likely was because the tire was cold and it had a flat spot from being parked. You will hardly ever notice this off roads because your moving slow and the ground is forgiving where as on the road you go faster which magnifies the effect and the road won't give any. When the tire is warmed up it wouldn't be as bad.
