Re: What\'s your favorite stuff?

Looks like duct tape is one of the most popular items. When I was in special ops (SWAT) we did a lot of drug eradication with the National Guard. We'd get on their helicopters and note that many things we held together with OD green duct tape. Made me nervous. They called it thousand mile an hour tape, cause they figured it was stable up to that speed.

Re: What\'s your favorite stuff?

I've been retired for about 10 years and almost forgot about that. Use a lot of 100 mile an hour tape in the Army. It is used for holding things on the equipment belt and other places that you don't want loose and rattling when you are trying to move quietly. Wrap a piece around the metal buckle on your sling and it doesn't make a loud metallic ping every time it hits the stock on your M16.

Favorite things:

Good quality black nylon tye wraps - not economy type
Stainless worm type hose clamps - but usually not for hoses

I like a 25' 12 ga extension cord wired to a square 2 duplex electrical receptical box attached to my table saw side, and now I added them to my fan and tool cart. Always lots of power.

The front shelf for my tractor - see above pic.

Yep, hard to beat blue Loctite... and the tools in that 'oldest toolbox you've got' - that you use the most.
