New here with a bobcat 863 & have a few??

Hope I'm posting this in the right section.

Hey guys I just traded for a Bobcat 863 & have a few ??

First I have no idea what year it is, so how can you tell the year??

when i fire it up it rotates or moves as if its in gear.

also when I'm going straight I have to push the left control handle more than the right or more like cross control to go straight.

This thing has 3900 Hrs on it so would you say its wore out???

It needs tires so do you have any suggestions on type & best price??

Do any of you know the different models of the 863 f series or like options??

I can address these things. The first one is worn or out of adjustment neutral bars or bushings. The second one could be worn or out of adjustment control linkage. The third, I would say no, it is not likely worn out with only 3900 hours on it. Of course that depends on previous ownership. The first two issues are not difficult to remedy. You'll just need to lift the cab and take a look at what is happening whil moving the controls around, worn parts should be reasonably apparent. If not posting some picture here would help.
