    With 30 degrees on the blade try adjusting your adjusting link on the tractor for the last bit you need.

    Set real low, take a couple of passes? [img]/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif[/img] Too wide though. I only nead an 8 inch or so wide ditch.

    Yes to your original question on using the blade. I think it works remarkably well. I do it similar to John's last photo, but don't get quite the angle from my tractor either. Also, I turn the blade to it's maximum angle and sometimes even beyond. This creates more of a plow effect and helps in cutting in.
