I didn't move it too far but used the FEL to lift the light standard off its base, installed a new HPS fixture and stood it back up.

Not a very unusual use of FEL, but I recently used mine to move an old deer stand to a new site and then put my new box stand up. I had the pipe base in place back in May. Moved the new box stand from my shop to the hunting lease, which is 60 miles away. Used tractor to offload from my gooseneck and then raised it into position on pipe base. Pucker factor was very high during this lift. Had to get the base of the stand just over 7'-6" high before inching forward to place the box on the pipe frame. You can just make out the cutouts for my forks. Third picture shows the old stand in route. You can just see the new stand way in the back ground.

Installed my 250 gallon tank. Now my heating system is owned not rented. Not that I was going to rent my tank but that is a story for a later time.

When I was building my shop, 30x40x12, I fabricated a boom pole that I attached to the FEL and used it to raise the roof trusses for the shop. Later I wanted to put doors on my hangar so I welded up a 42' x 6' truss. I used the boom pole on FEL with a bush hog attached in back to raise that truss up 12' to rest on the supporting pipes. That, I would say, is the most precarious lift that I have done with my FEL. Wish I had some pictures of that.

This was me testing out my fel to 3pt attachment using my 3pt forks. I moved the old decrepit mower to the back of the garage for the "scrap for parts or money" area.

Moved this old wood stove to get melted down. I don't know how much it weighed but it was heavy!
