Since this is my first tractor, I would have no idea if this is a normal occurance - my FEL contoller is "frozen" in place when I start up the tractor in cold weather (teens). It takes about 20 minutes before I could wiggle it into operating mode. Is this a Mahindra (2810) problem or is this typical of hydrolics & cold weather?

Makers Mark,
I am not familiar with the Mahindra tractor but from what your telling me it pretty much as to be in your controller. Maybe some moisture got in there. Unless there is some moisture in your hydraulic fluid that is trapped at the controller. My controller never has stuck but when you use it at first it will pull the tractor RPM's down pretty good. Once warmed up everything is ok. Murph |
