My manual says to grease it every 10 hours. Sometimes I hate getting up in the middle of a cold night, but I know it is important.

Great! Now I've got coffee all over my laptop.
Thanks for that!
Dan.

Now here is the thing about grease gun tips, here it comes, they are "knurled" for a reason on the tip. They unscrew with your thumb and finger so that the 3 or 4 jaw chuck inside may slip over the zerk easily and you can tighten them while they are on the zerk if you desire so that they do not pop off from the pressure, and you may loosen them again to remove them instead of yanking, and shoving them side to side which breaks off the zerks or pulls out the press in kind.

Well, I have learned something new today! Thanks for the tip.

I grease my loader AND snow blower after every time I use them. I don't care if I only use it for an hour or all day, it gets greased when I am finished. A case of grease is way cheaper than replacing busted pins and fried bearings. I have winter grease from Shell and use it all year long.
