It looks like a New-Deal. They were modified ford model T's that the company bought used. Not very many of them around though.

Johnson Manifacturing made New Deal tractors from 1935 to 1941.

I grew up doing a lot of reading about Henry Ford and the various spin offs of his products. I found it very interesting how things worked back then (well before my time since I was born in 78). There were so many ingenius inventions back then to accomplish something with limited resources. We take so much for granted with the technology we have available today that its great to look back at what I consider a simpler time but a very exciting time as well.

There is a ford Model T dealership down the road from my house. They line them up out front like they are brand new, and they have a lot full of parts. You see a lot driving around on nice days. I wish that I could afford one. Looking at the doodlebugs, I wonder how many old tanks were converted to tractors in Europe? I recently bought a utility trailer for $50 with tractor tire on it. The frame is from an old model T, and it still works great! I thought that it was interesting that it has grease fittings on the axel. I am not sure if they are original, but they look very old.
