It is a Beaver Made by Goold Shapley and Muir.

Can you tell me what this tractor was sold under. It says Cockshutt on the grill but it was sold under a different name. Try to guess it.

You are right Mike, it's a Gambles Farmcrest. Gambles was a chain of hardware & farm supply stores. On the Farmcrest tractors, the Cockshutt embossing on the grille was left unpainted but still readily visible. They sold the full sized Gambles Farmcrest tractor and they sold garden tractors also made by an outside company that they just stuck Gambles nameplates on them.

Isn't that the American Steel tractor that was auctioned off after the owner and restorer Ed Spiess passed on. He had quite a collection of rare and unusual tractors.
