It looks like a lanz to me.
It's a direct copy of the of the German post-war Lanz Bulldog D1506 built in Mannheim but this one was built in Argentina. Do you know the brand now?

After looking around for a bit, it seems it is a pampa.
It is a Ferguson. It's got the seat like most of the other two letter series of that period. It is a F-40. This model was made when Massey-Harris Ferguson maintained separate tractor lines. It is the same tractor as the Massey-Harris 50.
