Re: What's the MOST FUN Thing to Do on YOUR Tractor?
You guys are right, I do need a grapple! Now I must convince my wife of that!

Re: What's the MOST FUN Thing to Do on YOUR Tractor?
Yeah, its a tool of many pleasures. Make firewood harvesting even more fun. I know when the log is the right length when the back wheels come off the ground with the filled R4's and a home made 450 # counterweight.
CK27 really needs a grapple. Would make that project lots more fun and save the bucket edge for digging.

Re: What's the MOST FUN Thing to Do on YOUR Tractor?
My favorite thing to do is play in the dirt with my home made excavator. I can't get enough of the digging.
I'm always thinking about things I can dig up with it.

The JX95 and Rhino FR15 batwing mower. Fresh blades, greased well and a tank of diesel. It all looks so good when you finish and it goes so fast. I mowed all 200 acres one weekend with a little trim help from the JX80 and the TR96.

Re: What's the MOST FUN Thing to Do on YOUR Tractor?
I enjoy it all but if I had to pick one it would be planting. Second is running the field cultivator over the ground the first time in the spring. Third is chisel plowing in the fall. I enjoy running the combine the most around the farm. I also enjoy cleaning them up and looking at that shine when I am done waxing them.

First, thank you for your service.
Second, loved the story. I don't understand what women don't get about us. I guess it's true "it's a guy thing!"."Courage is being scared to death - and saddling up anyway."
