Useing Backhoe hydro ports to run other stuff than just the backhoe

As mentioned, be careful, easy to overheat the transmission casing/reservoir on a small tractor like that when restricting the hydraulic flow. May need and aux cooler or large reservoir to radiate the extra heat.

Talked to a different dealer today. Seemed to know a lot about the specs. Said that out of the backhoe ports you get 11.8 gpm and out of a rear remote you would get the same. So i think i will hook it to the backhoe ports and keep an eye on how hot the oil gets.

Just to add to this old post.
I own a L45 with a backhoe and am looking to use the backhoe couplers to run a rear remote, just need to operate two cylinders on my flail mower.
It has two diverter valves when switching from three point to Backhoe. One valve switches the flow from the main pump to either the three point or backhoe. The second valve supplies flow from the second pump to the swing section of the backhoe with relief or transmission case.
So there are three hydraulic couplers at the back to hook up to, return, swing, and backhoe functions.
