    Default Beach combing with a John Deere

    I took this picture at my local beach a couple of days ago. The council regularly rakes/combs the beaches in our area to remove rubbish, and I suppose anything else that gets in the way.

    I can think of worse jobs.

    They clean the beach at the height of the season every night. It's against the law to sleep on the beach, but some people don't believe a warning and do it any way. They use 2 big JDs which will run over 2 sleeping bodies without a hitch. About 10 years ago this is exactly what happened. Now they have a pick up all lit up that proceeds the 2 tractors.
    Gear Up and Throttle Down.

    2011 Massey 2615, 7ft Woods Rear Discharge Finish Mower, 6 ft Lucknow Snow Blower, Danuser post hole digger with 12" and 24" augers, 350 lb 3 pt broadcast spreader, 7ft scraper blade, 7 ft. drag harrow, JD GT 275 rider with 38" snow blower attachment.
