Kubota BX23
Went to grease my Kubota BX23 last night and the zirks actually snapped off in the head of the grease gun. Only a couple threads left on the zirk. Hope I can get the broken part out without much of an issue! Some took grease and were fine but 3 of them actually snapped. I stopped greasing the rest because I needed to use the tractor and want to pick up new fittings. Has anyone else had this problem.

I have a kubota bx2230.. i have never broken the zerk fitting off of it . but i just broke off one on my woods front loader (same type of zerk). I purchased a zerk extractor at Tractor Supply. People also said I could use any screw extractor. I haven't had the chance to replace it yet, so i can't give you any insite into it. But I hope to get to it as soon as my honeydew list is finished. Could be awhile. good luck.

Sounds like the tip on the grease gun is set to tight. I've got a couple of zerk fittings I have to loosen the grease gun tip tension on to get it on the zerks, tighten it again to grease, and loosen again to remove the tip. if you're not sure what I'm talking about check out this thread.
