Economy PTO vs. 540/1000rpm and does your tractor have one?

Hi, I also have a JD 3046R and it has the PTO E symbol on the screen but i cannot figure out for the life of me how to engage PTO-E. I can engage PTO simply by pulling up on the PTO button. Pls help!

The 3046R doesn't have an economy PTO feature, the reason the dash has an E setting is cause it's the same dash that the 4R's use and they have that feature.
