We had some minor "customer service" issues .
Glad to hear you made it back ok.

That's why I've started doing my own. The meat started being way overseasoned(to the point that even the dog and cat refused to eat it).

The hog I butchered last fall was the first one I've ever done. I mainly made sausage out of most of the hog, I purchased funnels and plates for my meat grinder which made the job super easy. The next hog will be half in sausage, and half canned in jars.
