I have used grader chains on my old W4. But when I got new tires that weren't worn out they fell between the lugs.some chains are designed to stay higher on tire.

Could the problem be with installation and not the new tires. Just guessing, maybe if you move the chain forward or backward a couple inches in relation to the tire, it might help. Im guessing bc I cant see the tire chain set up.
