What is the easiest way to tell if tires are filled and any way (other than weighing) to estimate how much?

With valve stem down towards bottom of the rim, take the cap off and gently push in on the valve core. If there is some type of liquid fill it will come out immediately.

Jack up one side and do like SS doxie suggests . Then roll wheel around to where nothing will come out . This should show how much they have in them .

That works an even easier method for determining level. if you live some place that gets cold and the tractor stays someplace unheated. When it warms up later in the day the tires will sweat up to the level the tires are filled

Agreed! There are days I have puddles on the concrete under my filled rear tires.
