How to tell if tires are filled?
What is the easiest way to tell if tires are filled and any way (other than weighing) to estimate how much?

Re: How to tell if tires are filled?
With valve stem down towards bottom of the rim, take the cap off and gently push in on the valve core. If there is some type of liquid fill it will come out immediately.

Jack up one side and do like SS doxie suggests . Then roll wheel around to where nothing will come out . This should show how much they have in them .
