Anyone out there with a 2007 to 2013 GM pickup that isn't familiar with the Driver Information Center with the optional 4 switches for the listed year pickups should check it out. Available through GM dealers and other suppliers is a new panel that replaces the existing panel directly to the left of the steering wheel which contains the headlight switch. New panel is the same except for an additional 4 switches. These switches allow you to access a great deal more information from the on board computer. ie: instant fuel economy mode, AFM v4 v8 mode, fuel used in gallons, miles on a tank remaining, air pressure in each tire, and much more. The wiring is already there attached to a dummy socket and there is no programing needed. Just paid $72.99 for mine including shipping via ebay. 10 minute install and well worth the money. GM part # 19159438. Google Silverado Driver Information Center for more info.
