Where do you park it?

I park mine in an attached garage off the house. It used to be an apartment so when we converted it back to a garage I was fortunate enough to be able to keep the heat in it. Works out great. When I'm going to be out there for a while I'll turn up the thermostat and it gets comfortable real quick. My car and my wifes car stays outside. Of course I scrape the snow and ice off her car in the bad weather. Small price to pay :thumbsup:

When I bought my house, it came with a 45' X 110' Quonset Shop.

My tractor has plenty of room.

In an old 20'x40' barn, along with firewood and implements. I'm trying to figure out a way of storing the rotary cutter though so it uses less floor space. I'm thinking I may hook up a come-a-long or something to a rafter so I can crank it up vertically.

I've been looking at those for quite a while now, but the owner says they don't make a cover for my tractor. Your tractor is similar to my, but a tad larger. What cover did you buy? I didn't see one listed for a LS? And, is it a canvas type material or nylon?

On topic... I keep my tractor outside in the summer and in the garage during the winter. Hoping to add onto the garage this year, as I already poured the slab.

I called them and explained that the LS R4047 (and R4041) are the same as a Boomer 40/50, so they found a Boomer, and got the measurements off it. They really only make one cover model now, but some people get confused and call the soft cabs "covers" so you have to be specific when talking to them.

It's a very heavy nylon material.

Mine sleeps in the end stall of the 24x30 hay barn. Unless it's late summer and we need all 3 stalls for hay. Then we park it on the back side of the barn, very hard to see from the road. Once the weather cools off and we start feeding hay bales, we make it a point to make room for it.

In the barn as long as my wife has not fully sold the idea of turning it into a living room with a view on the ocean. Not too much room for the JD 3520 and his Kubota friend with all their implements. The roof is low over the threshold, you must remember to lower the ROPS and mind your head !
