Landpride RFM oil level

Does anyone know if the line on the bottom of the dipstick is the full level? There isn't an upper line and the manual is of no help. LandPride FDR1560.

I found my answer using a manual from a different landpride model. That manual has a better explaination of the dip markings. The are two lines at the bottom of the stick, one is so at the bottom it appears to be "the end" of the dipstick. Obviously that is the low level.
