My Headlights on my CK30 stopped working. Checked fuses andbulbs all good. Dash lights work, tail lights work too. Everything else fine but headlights. Any Ideas? Thanks.

Sounds like a bad switch or bad wire.

Ok, does the horn still honk? it is on the same 20 amp fuse as the headlights. the 5 amp headlight fuse feeds the combination switch which in turn feeds the relay coils for both the low beams and the high beams, of course a relay for each. Are both high and low beams inoperative?

The high and low beam relays are by the battery on the starboard side of the tractor. I would take some voltage reading starting there.

I had a Dodge truck using Silverstar bulbs. One night I go to drive it and no low beams. Checked everything I could think of and then reinstalled the factory bulbs. Worked as normal.. Both bulbs must have burned out at exactly the same moment. Might have been a voltage spike or something similar.

The Silverstar are brighter and they are hotter. So they don't last as long.

Yeah, I knew that. That's why I always keep the originals in the glove box.
