Wondering what is the best lubricant to use on the 3 point hitch assembly?

Recently read about a wet graphite spray...is this product better than other
to use on the moving parts on the 3 point hitch?

Right or wrong...I use Fluid Film, it doesn't have the solvents that most spray lubes have so it lasts much longer. It's great for all linkages as well.

Sent from my iPad using TractorByNet

+2 on the Fluid Film.
Also use it on the PTO spline.

Graphite would be the better choice, the other choice would be use nothing. Any kind of waxy or oily coating is just going to attract dirt which will work just like sand paper to wear out the joints faster than using nothing.

fluid film here. The best I have ever seen for this application. I also use it on the SSQA linkage up front.

I use the JD dry lubricant spray. It lubricates but stays dry to the touch so it doesn't attract dirt and debris.
