We're looking for photos of you and/or your tractor with beautiful fall colors as a backdrop. The best photos will be placed in our November newsletter! I've heard that the colors are changing :cool2: ... not much change here in Southern California yet.

Ok I'll be first. Can't believe we wouldn't have at least some by now. Leaves must be changing a bit more slowly across the country.

color here is horrible. The trees that normally turn brilliant red are just turning brown. Worst Fall we've had in many years.

Our colors were not the greatest this year but here is one

and here is an old one I've put on before

I am surprised you haven't gotten more. Certainly fall is a good time to do tractor work.

I'm thinking the next two weeks or so should be the best colors, so I posted the thread a bit early to give y'all some photo op ideas. :)

Here's a couple. As I said the reds have gone almost directly to brown, but I do have one that is almost red:

The ones that are usually bright yellow are going from green to the ground. As you can see, what's left in the trees are still mostly green or greenish yellow but the ground is covered with brown. If things change, I'll do some more.

How about this shot of my Allis Chalmers 920 Diesel, a big garden tractor but very much a compact tractor for me. While not fall color in this shot, but a fall harvest scene with the corn about ready for the combine. Here in the heartland of Indiana, fall harvest is more important than the colors, however I will see how my trees look once this rainy weather moves out, get a nice fall colors shot. Mike
