Have 2005 35Hp. Jinma with loader and backhoe. Is it best to remove the implements first ? I feel the loader for sure but not sure about the backhoe .
Thanks, Randy

When you split the tractor you have to roll the rear apart from the front. Normally I block the front wheels and engine and support the transmission and rear wheels and roll them away. It would be hard to do that with a backhoe on.

Loader definitely has to come off, the mounting brackets are in the way of the transmission bolts.

If you search in the Chinese Tractors format there is a posting titled Jinma Splitting Guide. It's based on the 354. You should find it very helpful.

Thanks QS.
Got that last year but I'm just getting to it now . Mu bad.

Aftering looking at it I think its best to pull it down to a tractor and go from their.

Only problem with the split is the clutch looks ok ? Same with the pressure plate?
Will take a better look in the AM.

What were clutch symptoms before the split? Slipping? Grabby? You're right the parts look ok at first glance. A smoking gun is preferable.

Thanks Jim.

Loss of power on pump for backhoe pump slipping ?. PTO. But the drive clutch is down to the rivets. My-bad ! Was using the clutch like a car. But I learned to split the tractor.

After things get cleaned up I will go back through the adjustment . Maybe I had the PTO setup wrong ?

Most will have the front drive-shaft housing boot going bad. So I went with a pluming part. We will see if it works ?
