I've been having to do some rotary cutter work doing some clean up work. Giving this little 28hp tractor and shearpin cutter a workout.

Good looking cutter. I have been eyeing one of those for a while.

Sturdy looking design. Top may not shed debris, but everything else looks good.

The slip clutch is a pain to install but something to think about. Nice rig.

Doesn't sound like it's really loading the engine much. RPMs sound low. You running at 540RPM at the PTO?

There is something supremely satisfying about turning an overgrown, tangled jungle into a smooth, walkable space that you can see through.

Be careful. I was brush hogging some stuff that looked just about like what you're cutting, and I just happened to notice a couple of bricks laying where my next pass would be. When I got off to go pick them up, I saw some others. Then started looking around and there was an open water well with bricks around it. I could have driven off into that thing if I hadn't been paying attention.
