One tractor with mower and loader, or separate tractor and mower?

I purchased a used Ford tractor for $2800, and I am working on picking up a zero turn for around $2500-$3000. The tractor isnt perfect, and the mower wont be perfect, but perhaps it will do a better job separately than one machine together. I've already had that option at one time, and found it to not do either task well.

I agree with this and that is why I have a separate mower, tractor and tlb.

Cub Cadet zero turn mower

2006 Cub Cadet zero turn mower with a great running 22HP B&S engine with only 298 hours use. Has 50" mower deck. $2k

These are all residential level zero turns. I'd rather have a higher hour commercial unit with rebuildable drives and decks, plus the better cut quality.

I've found a few options, a Toro with just over 1K hrs that has a commercial Kohler and commercial deck.
