    Default Great customer service

    The other day I was working in the woods when a small tree limb whipped across the hood of the tractor - breaking my two week old TiltMeter.

    I contacted R&B Manufacturing about getting a new bubble tube for it. They said it wasn't needed, as they would send me a complete new unit.

    The breakage wasn 't their fault, but they are helping me out. I am very pleased - you so rarely experience customer service like this. It just doesn't get better.

    I'm actually contemplating getting one of those. This level of CS is nice to know, and all too often fails to get mentioned. Thanks!
