Help finding some Deere disk\harrow parts

My BIL has this old John Deere disk. No sign of a model number or anything. Since running without grease is a bad thing we're trying to find some parts. It sort of a grey bearing set up but this one has a hardended steel sleeve in it. We're mainly looking for the sleeve(with the square hole), the casing pairs are still usable. He just wants to get what he can out of it and replace it later. It doesn't get used that much.

Or if anyone might know the model number.
