Massey Ferguson 210 4

Hi everyone. I recently came across a Massey Ferguson 210 4 on my Aunts Property. She said that someone had been using it and had gone through a creek & got it stuck. In the process of getting it stuck they wrecked something on the front right tire, I haven't figured out exactly what's wrong with that, but we do have the parts. Anyway, so this happened 10+ years ago, and the thing has been sitting ever since. So I'm just wondering if there is any chance the thing will run again. She said it ran really good before they parked it due to the tire problem. They just lost track of time & never got around to fixing it..
So now I'm trying to get it running again..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
