Default oil leak

i put some gear oil in my 60 inch woods rm550 finish mower yesterday and when i finshed mowing the oil was all runned out where the pulley and belts
can some explain this to me.
the oil looks like it leaked out from under the deck because there is no oil on the top where you fill it

Not much back there but the gearbox eh? If you can't see what's leaking because of oil everywhere, clean it with some brake clean or or some solvent and air blow dry. Re fill the box and see where it comes out. Hopefully it is just a shaft seal.

A blocked vent and a real full box will cause a seal blowout..
