Default Bucket Cylinder for Ford 727 Loader

    Does anyone have a good source for one of these. It is a double action w. 2 3/8" bore, and 20 1/16" Stoke, w. a 1 1/4" rod. Ext. length is 51 3/8", retracted is 31 5/16".
This is for my grandfather, he has been given a quote for one from the local tractor dealer, but they are wanting over $1000 for the cylinder. Surely there's a better option out there.

    Thanks in advance.

The Surplus Center has some that are close-but not exact...you may be able to buy two and modify the mounts if you have the ability for far less $$$. What is wrong with the one he has?

The rod is bent. He has been quoted over $500 to replace the rod, and re-seal the cylinder.
I work in a similar business, so I know that the mark up on these types of parts, especially OEM, are through the roof.
