Rear PTO leaking...
My Kubota B5100 has been dry as a bone - not a leak or drip anywhere. I just hooked up rear finishing mower and find that oil is seeping out of the rear PTO, but only when the PTO is under load. What's going on here?

I have seen this on a JD 820. hasn't been repaired yet but it looks quite easy on this tractor. Remove the cover over the PTO shaft 4-5 bolts, there is a standard seal in there that I assume becomes old or damaged. Looks to me to be an inexpensive repair if one has tools and can do it their self......I believe you may have to drain the hydraulic fluid though...that's not cheap if one has to replace what is drained out.
