Transmission problems

slipping in high and low duel power after 2 minutes running time bypass pressure is 10 psi measured at cooler outlet pipe teed in line.

any help would be fantastic cheers

either the filter in the line that screws into the dual power is pluged up or the dual power clutches have went out and needs rebuilding
