HTL fittings from CCM

Anyone else have a problem with fittings shipped with their hydraulic top link shipped from CCM? Mine leaked after installation. My local hydraulics supplier thought the fittings were incorrect, phoned CCM, spoke with Mark. Mark told him to sell me the proper fittings, send him the bill and he'd send me a check. Nearly a month after sending the receipt and still no check!

Do a search for CCM. There has been a lot of conversation about the fittings.

Flowerfarmer, it is not uncommon for a companies accounts payable to be done at 30 to 60 days from the time they receive notice of payment due. I understand your concern and would think another call to see that CCM has received your receipt would be an appropriate action. If you did not include a letter with the receipt detailing why you sent it, it may have ended up with someone who doesn't know the deal you made with Mark. Did you return the incorrect fittings also?
