Hood for a New Holland TC45D
The lower front part of my TC45D hood, is broken off and a new hood is over $2,000. It is made of firberglass and I think it would be difficule to mold one with the 3-dimensional curves. If I could find a used hood or a partially damaged hood it would help. Any suggestions?

Re: Hood for a New Holland TC45D
If you have all the pieces it should be fairly east to repair. Grind off the jell coat on the outside and wire brush the inside. Use a slow setting Epoxy and heavy cloth. I have done a fair amount of glass work and it is not real hard to do. Work carefully and you can have a near perfect look.

Take it to your local body shop and see what they would charge to repair and repaint it. What caused it to brake,
Bill
