3pt lift on Ford 1510 tractor

Need someone with knowledge of the hydraulics on a Ford 1510 with a front end loader. Can't get the 3pt to lift unless I disconnect the front loader. Have already replaced seal in 3pt lift and rebuilt joystick valve, have not done anything with manifold block, could this be the problem? Also what position should the screw on the manifold block be in? It says in the manual (lift linkage operation) and (hyd equipment operation) Does it need to be left in one position for both the front loader and 3pt lift or switched from one to the other? Any help would be appreciated.

Motis, I have a 1710 Ford, the screw on the manifold block should point towards the rear when the loader is mounted.

It sounds to me that your loader is missing it's power beyond valve, or the PB valve is broken.

However I don't know your tractor, so I could be wrong.

I have a 1510 and the loader & TPH cannot both work at the same time the screw is a ball valve. pointed toword the rear is for TPH, and toword the gront the loader.
