Kubota L3400- Indexing the 3PH rock shaft with rocker.

Hello,

I pulled a dumb move today and removed the rock shaft from the assembly without marking its relation to the rocker first.

See pic. I need to index part 70 to part 80. I checked the service manual but could find any references to how to index it. I presume the initial position does matter since the feedback linkage rod positively indexes to that shaft. BTW, there are two factory scribe marks on the end of the shaft, but I'm not sure what they correspond to.

Tractor is an L3400.

I don't think you have to have it exact... since there are adjustment. The two holes straight up and down is my guess... Hopefully, someone knows more than me. :ashamed:

Thanks Teg. I did a big more digging, and someone clued me in that there are punch marks aligning the rock shaft with rocker.
