I w kind of trouble i am into I have a 310 john deere with water in the base and fomeing in the rad can anyone help me thanks.

Not sure what you mean by "water in the base", but if this means water in the oilpan or bottom of the engine and you also have foaming in the coolant water (radiator), it probably indicates a blown head gasket or a cracked head.

if it's a 310 a electrolisis eats the cylinder sleaves if you don't keep good rust preventive in them
