Kubota B7100 fowrd pedal won't work

my B7100 reverse pedal works fine but it won't work going forward. The rocker pedal simply bottoms ( no tension in it at all, ) out w/ o any action on the part of the tractor. I've tried adjusting the spring, that didn't help. Need suggestions please

First thing is to climb underneath and check all the linkages for adjustment and debris jammed into unwanted places.

The forward reverse pedal on your tractor works on an inverted V plate with a roller in the V for centring. The roller can come of of the V and make for interesting times. There is also a bolt accessed from the top that holds the plate with the V in place on a shaft. It can loosen and the plate moves off of the roller. It's a fun item to access but removing the hydro filter helps.

I'd send a diagram but the computer it's stored in is far away at this time.
