I was given a Shenniu Bison 254 tractor it runs great a little cozmetics would do but thats minor, my main problem is this I can't get the three point to lift nor lower I have checked everything removing the oil line fittings to check if it's clogged so far so good, and neither can I get the PTO to engage, should the gear oil level be filled to max capacity, can anyone assist me?

does it have a loader or any external hyds. and lines with cuick disconnect style fittings?

Can you describe your complete hyd system, and add some pictures if possible. Do you know for a fact that the pump is pumping fluid?

And be careful disconnecting hydraulic line fittings, there could be 2000psi (or more) of oil pressure in them!
Have you checked to see where the rockshaft valve (for rate of descent of attachment) is set at??? I assume it has one?
