I am looking into trading for this older Backhoe, I know its a ford and the guy said it has sherman power digger on the rear boom, its in good shape and everything works, But I can not find one like it to figure out the model numbers, and I was wanting to know how much is it worth and how much it weighs

It looks like an old 801 or 841 with an added loader and backhoe.

If you can get the serial number, I think Soundguy can help you translate the numbers.
He may even be able to tell you where to locate the numbers stamped in the housing.

Well I thought the same, but it does not have a 3'point hitch and had never had one it is a backhoe but looks like a tractor I have it narrowed down to one of the 60's industrial backhoes a 3550 looks close I thought but it's not this one has 13x28 tires on it as to where the 3550 has 24" tires so I have no idea

You aren't even close in thinking it is a 3550. For starters, a 3550 has a 3 cylinder engine and wet brakes and is more than a decade newer than the tractor in the photo. The photo appears to be of an 801 series tractor.

It looks just like my neighbors IH, post some more pictures. I think it's a 3414. His has no pto and no 3pt hitch, just a loader.... 2wd.

Looks most like a Ford 801 to me.
Edit: As I recall, Sherman made quite a few things for Ford (including transmissions, loaders, and backhoes)

The front loader on the 800 is nothing like this one, the rear backhoe looks similar, but this is a ford for sure even though the IH looks like it the most heres another pic, I have more if anyone wants them

That's an old 1800 series industrial, they were build off the 800 series

versions were -
1811: Select-O-Speed, no PTO or hydraulics

1821: Four-speed, no PTO or hydraulics

1841: Four-speed with PTO and hydraulics

1871: Select-O-Speed with PTO and hydraulics

1881: Select-O-Speed with multi-speed PTO and hydraulics

I think there was another one or two, but I haven't worked at a Ford dealer since the 90's, starting to forget some of it!

nice old tractor in it's day. I can't remember the loader # but parts for that hoe will be a real pain, long obsolete from Ford. Buy it to play with, not to really work hard much. JMHO

Here is an 861 (or is it an 801? The ad calls it an 861, but the picture calls it an 801) which has the same loader, but a different power steering mechanism:
