Has anyone else tried to follow the manual instructions to adjust a control valve on a 3750? Adjust the nuts all the way in, then back them out slowly while applying air pressure to the pump port with the pistion port blocked until the unload valve opens? THE OBVIOUS IS ONLY OBVIOUS WHEN YOU SEE IT. I am clearly not seeing it.
I have to back the nuts off to the point of no threads left for the locknut before the poppet valve returns to lit's seat. How can the unload valve unload when the poppet is open.
