needs help with a cav injector pump on a ford 3000

any help would be good
I just finished a rebuild on my ford 3000
all is back together and cant get the CAV injector pump to work
did the sprocket and pump timming as manual says
Allso have bleed the pump and fuel filters as manual says too
after letting the injector lines off at the injector end get nothing
no fuel at all

in the past when bleeding the fuel system it bleed pritty quickly
I have been though manual and everthing looks to be as it should be

I am at a loss what to do next any help or ideas would be good

Hi! First You must to have a lot of fuel at the pump input. If you have. Bleed the body injection pump start about 30 sec for remove air in the injection pump. After bleed at injector (start for bleed). If solenoid stop look for the connection. I think you have a lot of air in your system. Good luck! Oldmech

I dont get what you mean

it has lots of fuel out of the fuel tank
have got all the air out of the fuel filter and pritty certain all the air is out of the pump
but I will give it another try today

Hi! Only some new injection have solenoid cut-off. Important For start and bleed Put throttle at full speed. Good luck! Oldmech
