hyd for back works ok but when I hooked up front end loader it would not raise bucket unless you raise or lower rear lift at same time.!! any ideas ??

Did it work normally in the past? Just a wild guess, but sounds like maybe some hydraulic fluid is not being properly routed. Are you sure the hoses are hooked up in all the right places? And can you post a picture of the rig?

Cannot get picture at this time as tractor is in West virginia and Im in Ohio. Will be back down there soon . As far as I know the hoses are hooked up right .

We'll definitely need more info.

Loader type? Hose routing? Using a diverter block or blocking the rockshaft?

I just sold an IH 1000 one arm loader which I restored and had mounted on my '66 IH Cub. See attached pic...Is that what you're talking about??? Chuck

Sounds like the loader valve is in series with the rear lift. You probably need to put in a diverter valve, or a prioriy flow diverter to seperate the lift from the loader. You might want to check some of the Cub boards out there. Those guys really know Cubs.
