Ok here is the measurement of your new seals that are to thick:
Shaft size: 30mm (1.181")
O.D: 45mm (1.776")
Width= 8mm (.315")
Assuming the shaft size and OD are correct then I would go with a National #30X45X6
Shaft size: 30mm (1.181in)
OD: 45mm (1.772in)
thickness: 6mm (.236in)
there are some other part numbers with a slightly bigger O.D. I just matched it up against your napa seal. Seems like the OD is a pretty big gap from your measurement of the old seal and the new napa seal.
So if the outside doesnt seems to fit well/or leaks, there are some other options
